- What you send us. If you email us or start a Visibility Report, we receive whatever you choose to share — your name, your email address, your company, and the details of your request.
- Basic request logs. Like any website, our host records standard technical data — IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to keep the service running and secure.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required for it to work. We do not run advertising cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, we will name it here before it goes live.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply, to prepare and discuss your Visibility Report, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate (for example, our email and hosting providers), who may process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer your request and maintain a reasonable business record, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.
